C2R is focussed exclusively on the provision of Cost Advisory services to the Social Infrastructure Sector, including Health, Aged Care, Education, Justice and Heritage Buildings.

Our experience and expertise is specific to the  Social Infrastructure Sector.

We maintain a constant focus on Safety and Environmental aspects, and impacts, of our operations.

We have a deep understanding of the complex stakeholder environments associated with many Social Infrastructure Buildings Projects.

We have extensive experience in the preparation and maintenance of appropriate Cost Reporting Frameworks to keep all stakeholders appropriately informed as a Buildings Project Progresses.

We do NOT offer Project Management services, enabling us to work closely with the Project Management team on a project without any Conflict of Interest. This is important as the relationship between the Client Team, the Project Management Team and the Cost Consulting Team is critical to the successful delivery of a project.

We have both Quantity Surveyors and Engineers on our team, bringing a broad view to identifying and costing risks and mitigation strategies on a project. This is particularly relevant for brown field projects, requiring the creation of early/enabling works packages.
